01Site Preparation
Clear, excavate, grade, and prepare Southern Oregon property for the work that comes next.

Connect what matters
Accurate excavation for water, sewer, storm-drain, drainage, and other approved site-system routes.

Service overview
Utility trenching creates the route and working conditions needed to place approved underground site systems.
Rogue Earthworx focuses on the earthwork: access, excavation, trench formation, related drainage, and the backfill or site restoration included in the written scope. Utility owners and licensed trades remain responsible for work outside that scope.

Prepare for the conversation
Before excavation, the project needs a confirmed route, required utility locates, responsible licensed trades, and any supplied depth or inspection requirements. Rogue Earthworx does not imply electrical, plumbing, engineering, inspection, or utility-provider work unless it is specifically authorized and included.

Questions
Approved capabilities include water, sewer, storm-drain, drainage, and related site-system trenching. The exact system and division of responsibilities are confirmed before work begins.
The project team should identify existing utilities and the party responsible for connections, inspections, and licensed trade work. Those responsibilities are documented before excavation.
It often helps to plan trench routes before final access and grading work so completed surfaces are not disturbed unnecessarily.
Sewer installation and repair groundwork is an approved capability. The condition, access, excavation limits, and licensed trade responsibilities must be reviewed for the specific project.
